Lavrov: weapons embargo on Iran must be lifted as soon as possible

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has called for the weapons embargo on Iran to be lifted as soon as possible.

"We are calling for the embargo to be lifted as soon as possible. It would help Iran to advance its efficiency in fighting terrorism," TASS cited Lavrov as saying.
