Chizhov says there is no justification for Finland's ban on Naryshkin

The situation with State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin, who was denied entry to Finland to participate in the session of the PA OSCE, is a scandal, Russia’s envoy to the EU Vladimir Chizhov said.

"I would describe it as a scandal. I do not see any justification for such actions, and their attempts to urgently find excuses for that do not look persuasive," a correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza reports him as saying.

"The next PA OSCE session will be held in Ulan Bator. I am confident that nothing like that will happen there," Chizhov said.
