Three militants have been neutralized in the Baksansky District of Kabardino-Balkaria, a source in the power structures of the republic said.
A counter-terrorism operation regime was imposed on the villages of Dygulybey and Baksan (Baksansky District, Kabardino-Balkaria) at 04:30 MSK.
