Ilgar Mamedov: The European Games were held in Baku at the highest level

The head coach of the Russian national fencing team, Ilgar Mammadov, shared his impressions of the First European Games that took place in Baku from 12 to 28 of June. According to him, the second team of Russian fencers participating in the Games performed well and won nine medals: one gold, five silver and three bronze. Ilgar Mamedov also noted that Azerbaijan is worthy of becoming the capital of the Summer Olympics.
