Vladimir Akopian becomes Sargsyan’s new press secretary

Vladimir Akopian has been appointed a new press secretary of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan. 

Vladimir Akopian replaced retired Arman Saghatelyan. Today Serzh Sargsyan signed the corresponding decree.
