Karachay-Cherkessia to have 3.9% budget deficit in 2011

The government of Karachay-Cherkessia has approved the budget project
for 2011 with a deficit of 345 million rubles, or 3.9%.

According to Interfax, the expenses of Karachay-Cherkessia are 8.602
billion rubles, which exceed last year's indicators by 9.3%.

Tax and non-tax income should reach 3.5 billion rubles, a 23% surplus
compared with the previous project for this year. Non-repayable
finances from the budget may reach 5 billion rubles, which is by 74
million rubles more than last year (17.4%).

The expenses rose by 9.8% making 8.947 billion.

The budget project for 2011 will be considered on October 29.
