Georgia forbids driving with exceedingly blackened window

Georgian laws will forbid driving vehicles exceedingly blackened
glass, Georgia Online reports, citing the Georgian Interior Ministry.

The permitted blackening should not exceed 40%. The fine is equal to
50 lari. The blackening of wind-shields is forbidden.
