IS refuses to record executions so as not to spoil its public image

 

According to the Daily Mail, the head of the terrorist group Islamic State, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, has forbidden his members from filming death penalties and uploading them onto the internet

Extremists previously uploaded videos in which they executed hostages.
