lham Aliyev expresses condolences to Recep Tayyip Erdogan in connection with terrorist attack in Sur

Today President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent an official letter of condolence to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in connection with the terrorist attack in Suruci by militants of the terrorist organization Islamic State.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has also expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and to the Turkish people.
