IS suspected of using chemical weapons

The terrorist group Islamic State produces and uses chemical weapons against Kurdish troops and the people of Iraq and Syria, the European version of Newsweek magazine reports.

Two British organizations – Conflict Armament Research (CAR) and Sahan Research – have sent their employees to the Middle East region in order to investigate information from Kurdish troops about the use of chemicals by IS in the northeastern province of Hasakah in Syria and in northern Iraq near the Mosul dam, the magazine reports.
