Kadyrov offers to deprive IS fighters of Russian citizenship

 

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has proposed depriving people who are fighting in the ranks of the terrorist group Islamic State of their Russian citizenship.

"I propose depriving everyone who chooses to fight for the so-called Iblis State and other terrorist organizations of their Russian citizenship," he wrote on his Twitter page.
