Turkish government summarizes the results of Friday's air strikes on terrorists

The apparatus of the Turkish government issued a statement in which it confirmed the infliction of strikes on positions of terrorists in Iraq and Syria by the country's Air Forces on Friday, and summarized the results.

"On July 24, efficient air strikes on targets of the terrorist organization PKK in northern Iraq were inflicted. Militant camps and stores of weapons were destroyed. Positions of IS in the north of Syria were also attacked. Such measures were taken in order to protect our national security and international organizations were informed, the UN and NATO in particular," RIA Novosti quoted it as saying.
