Iran will present new contracts in oil and gas sector

After two or three months, Iran will offer new contracts in the oil and gas sector to potential foreign investors, Deputy Minister of Oil of Iran for International Affairs Hossein Amir Zamaniniya reported.

According to him, the country plans to implement 50 projects in this field worth 185 billion dollars. Iran hopes that this can be carried out by 2020.

Work on the new model of oil contracts should be completed in the very near future, and a draft document will be transmitted by the oil ministry to the government for final approval, Iran.ru reports.
