Nuclear Fuel Bank to open in Kazakhstan in a month

Today Kazakh Foreign Minister Yerlan Idrisov has said that on August 27th the official launching ceremony of the Nuclear Fuel Bank is to take place in the country. 

It will be attended by the head of the IAEA, Yukiya Amano, as well as representatives of the "Six negotiators."
