Vladimir Putin may visit UN General Assembly

According to a statement by the president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov, Vladimir Putin may speak to the UN General Assembly in September. 

"I really can confirm that such a possibility is being considered regarding the President’s visit to the UN General Assembly in September," the representative of the Kremlin said. However, Dmitry Peskov noted that the decision hasn’t been taken yet.
