Kuban police lieutenant-colonel jailed for embezzlement

According to the public relations department of the regional FSB, the former head of the department of private security (PSB) police of the Seversky district has been found guilty of embezzling more than 700 thousand rubles.

"The court has found police lieutenant-colonel Sergey Fominsky guilty of fraud committed using his official position (Clause 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code)," Interfax cites its representatives.
