Moscow sends draft agreement on first Turkish Stream line to Ankara

The Russian Energy Ministry has sent a draft intergovernmental agreement on the first thread of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline project to Ankara, a source in the Ministry said.

The first line of the Turkish Stream pipeline is aimed exclusively at Turkish needs. 

"The Russian side has prepared its proposals on the first thread," a source said, adding that the remaining legs of the pipeline will be covered in separate intergovernmental agreements.
