OSCE: Sides in conflict in Ukraine must ensure safety of observers

All the sides in the conflict in Ukraine must guarantee the safety of the staff of the OSCE observer mission, the current chairman of the organization, the Foreign Minister of Serbia Ivica Dacic, stated today. 

"All the parties are obliged, within their obligations, to fulfill the MInsk agreement in order to ensure security and freedom of movement of observers," he said.
