Black Sea Trade & Development Bank donates $50,000 to Tbilisi Zoo

The Black Sea Trade & Development Bank, BSTDB, has donated $50,000 to Tbilisi Zoo. 

"Following our discussion in Tbilisi, the Black Sea Trade & Development Bank decided to contribute to the recovery efforts to tackle the consequences of the disastrous flood that happened in Tbilisi in June. On this note, BSTDB has donated $50,000 to the Tbilisi Zoo Fund,” BSTDB president Ihsan Ugur Delikanli wrote in his letter to the head of the National Bank of Georgia (NBG) Giorgi Kadagidze.

BSTDB is an international financial institution that supports economic development and regional cooperation by providing loans, credit lines, equity and guarantees for projects and trade financing in the public and private sectors, Sputnik Georgia reports.

The Annual Meeting of the BSTBD Board of Governors was held on June 19-21, 2015 in Tbilisi.
