US interested in more active participation of Russia in fight against IS

The US State Department spokesman Mark Toner has said that the US hopes for more active participation of Russia in the fight against Islamic State.

‘‘Frankly speaking, at this stage Russia has been deeply involved in the coalition's actions, or actions against IS. We would like to see more active involvement of Russia,’’ RIA Novosti cites him.
