Shepherd in Kabardino-Balkaria found emaciated tourist

A shepherd has accidentally found an emaciated tourist in the gorge of Irik-Chat in Kabardino-Balkaria, who wasn’t able to move independently. 

‘‘Our rescuers were searching him,’’ said the chief of the Elbrus mountain search and rescue team of EMERCOM of Russia Abdullah Guliyev.
