Russia won’t limit grain exports

According to Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, the Russian authorities don’t intend to restrict grain exports. It is assumed that it will reach 25-27 million tons this agricultural year. 

"No, we aren’t planning any limits. Export duties work, and those technical problems that we had in the first days of the new formula (export tax), have been resolved,’’ Tass cites him as saying.
