Rogozin: Import substitution in the military-industrial complex will be 90% complete in 2018

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin has said that import substitution of components for the military industrial complex in the EU and NATO should be 90% in 2018. 

According to him, the remaining 10% will be implemented by 2021.
