"The US is trying to keep up with Russia in Latin America", analyst says

The Director General of the Center for Political Information, Alexey Mukhin, has noted a pattern, according to which US policy in Latin America is based on establishing relations with countries that have close ties with Russia. US-Cuban rapprochement is also a part of this chain, the expert believes.
