Azerbaijani minister of foreign affairs visits Turkey

Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov is on a
visit to Turkey, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.

He will take part at the 4th Regional Economic Cooperation Conference
for Afghanistan (RECCA IV) where he will make a speech.

The conference is held under the chairmanship of Turkish and Afghan
ministers of foreign affairs, Ahmet Davutoglu and Zalmaya Rasul, in
Istanbul on November 2-4. Officials from Pakistan, India and other
international organizations with offices in Afghanistan will take part
in the conference.
