Aircraft collides into mountain in Indonesia killing 54 people

A passenger plane has crashed in Indonesia:  A Trigana Air Service airlines ATR airliner collided with a mountain in the easternmost provinces of Papua. There are survivors of the disaster. This was announced by a source in one of the province’s airlines.

According to the Department of Public Relations Provincial Police of the Patrige province, on board the aircraft, flying from the provincial capital city of Jayapura to Oksibil irport, there were 49 passengers and five crew members, RIA Novosti leads a message of the Antara national news agency.
