Agriculture Ministers of Georgia and Armenia discuss joint cooperation

Tbilisi hosted a meeting of the Ministers of Agriculture of Georgia and Armenia, Otar Danelia and Sergo Karapetyan, during which they discussed bilateral cooperation in the agricultural sector.

"Cooperation between our countries is important for the exchange of experiences. We have developed a scientific and research area, fish production, production of table grapes. These directions are interesting to you, based on this, our cooperation can be productive. We must have joint success," Sputnik Georgia quotes the Armenian Minister as saying.

"The theme of market diversification is one of the most important directions of the agrarian policy of our country. Both Georgia and Armenia want to export products to new markets. We are discussing this issue and reviewing the position and plans for the future," Otar Danelia reported.
