Krasnodar trolleybuses stop due to downpour

According to the service of urban transport management, trolleybuses stopped for over an hour today in the neighborhood of Jubileyny in Krasnodar due to heavy rain. 

"At about 3am public transport on the street stopped on Chekistov Prospect towards the Rozhdestvenski church,’’ UGA reports.
