Patriarch Kirill to visit Krasnodar on December 5-7

The head of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch of Moscow and
All-Russia Kirill will visit Krasnodar, the capital of south Russia's
Kuban, on December 5-7 to hold a liturgy, the press-service of
Yekaterinodar and Kuban eparchies said, Yuga.ru reports.

Kirill will hold divine services at the Voykov Cathedral of the Holy
Duke Alexander Nevsky on December 6.

The press-service said that on December 7, the day of Catherine the
Martyr, Kirill will head the liturgy of at the Cathedral of Saint
Catherine in Krasnodar.

Catherine the Martyr is the protector of Krasnodar, former;y known as
Yekaterinodar.
