Iran and Georgia to sign agreement on visa-free regime

Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Manuchehr Mottaki will visit
Georgia on November 3-4, Georgian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
Nino Kalandadze said. Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Grigol
Vashadze visited Tehran in September where he invited his counterpart
to visit Georgia.

Kalandadze said that Mottaki will be welcomed by Georgian President
Mikhail Saakashvili. Mottaki will meet Vashadze as well.

Besides negotiating a bilateral visa-free regime, the Iranian minister
will participate in the opening of the General Consulate of Iran in
Batumi.
