Armenian companies only need domestic licenses to work in the EAEU
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaCompanies from Armenia can work in any country which is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), having only an Armenian license, a member of the Collegium (Minister) of the EEC, Karine Minasyan, reported during the round-table discussion "Single Services Market of the EAEU: New Opportunities and Prospects" in Yerevan.
"There is a single market for 43 service sectors of the EAEU countries. This means that if an Armenian company enters the Russian market no one should require a license issued in Russia from it. And if you work in Armenia, and the license for this type of service is not provided, then it should not be required at all. Our businessmen should know these issues in order to use them," ARKA quotes her as saying.
This ability will play a major role in the construction sector, which involves a lot of Armenian citizens. "They will be able to work in Armenian companies, pay taxes and save for their pensions here, while still working in one of the countries of the Union," Minasyan pointed out.
