Tkachev gives 10 years for full import substitution

Achieving of full import substitution is possible in Russia in 10 years, said Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev. 

Alexander Tkachev underlined that Russia is able to provide independently for its own needs almost all, except for citrus, bananas and dates, which can be grown in other climate zones.
