Attempt to bomb police car in Kabardino-Balkaria

A resident of the Elbrus disrict of Kabardino-Balkaria has been injured while trying to blow up a police car, RIA Novosti reports, citing a spokesman for the republic's Investigation Committee. A passer-by was also injured.
