Armenia to return Azerbaijani POW

According to the declaration signed by Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia on the 27th of November, the Defense Ministry of Armenia will return an Azerbaijani prisoner of war, the ministry's press service announced, RIA Novosti reports.
