North Caucasus Federal District's first service center of digital television opens in Makhachkala

The first production-service digital television center in the North Caucasus Federal District was opened on the territory of a branch of the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network in Makhachkala.

The Prime Minister of the Republic Abdusamad Hamidov and deputy director general of the Russian Radio and Television Broadcasting Network Boris Terebilenko participated in the ceremony of the event. It should be noted that this year marks 55 years of its Dagestani branch.

Director of the Department of Security of the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network Alexander Stadnik also congratulated Dagestanis on the opening of this unique center, which was constructed from the viewpoint of the availability of highly qualified engineering staff and production of complex digital technology. The plenipotentiary representative of the Director General of the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network in the Southern Federal District Yuri Akinshin made a congratulatory speech on the occasion of the opening of the center.
