New kindergarden to open in Govlar due to support from Heydar Aliyev Foundation

According to the site of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, construction of a new kindergarten with 100 places is coming to an end in Govlar (the Tovuz region of Azerbaijan).

The kindergarten has been built with financial support from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, it will open its doors to children in the near future.

The facility will be equipped in accordance with modern requirements and equipped with the latest inventory necessary for pre-school education.
