Vladimir Zorin: "We are able to make migration a factor of economic development"

The Deputy Director of the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a member of the Council on International Relations under the Russian President, Vladimir Zorin, speaking about the   situation of migrants in Russia, said that the best we can do is to make sure that migration becomes a factor in the economic development of the country.
