Bogdan Bezpalko: Socio-economic existence of Ukraine on the brink of disaster

Deputy Director of the Center for Ukrainian and Belorusan Studies at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Bogdan Bezpalko, believes that if the Ukrainian leadership doesn’t fulfil the points of the Minsk Agreement, then a Minsk-3 Agreement makes no sense.
