Mediterranean's largest gas field found off Egyptian coast

The Italian oil company ‘Eni’ has announced the discovery of the largest natural gas field in the Mediterranean Sea off the Egyptian coast.

In a statement posted on its website, the incident is described as a ‘super-giant discovery’ in this area.

The company clarified that the record field is located under the sea not far off the Egyptian coast, Trend reports.
