Russia and Pakistan may sign agreement on gas pipeline before end of September

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak might visit Pakistan in September.

Pakistan expects to sign an intergovernmental agreement on the construction of the North-South gas pipeline. 

"There is an agreement on a visit of the Minister to Pakistan, the date is being specified at the moment,’’ RIA Novosti cites a representative of the Ministry of Energy.
