Russia to grow twice as much corn

By 2020 Russia is to grow twice as much corn, bringing the production up to 25 million tons.  

This statement was made in the framework of the Interregional day of corn and sunflower fields in the Belgorod Region by director of the Department of Plant, chemicals and plant protection Ministry of Agriculture of Russia Pyotr Chekmarev.
