Saudi Arabia to sell oil cheaper to Europe and US

According to the state-owned Saudi Aramco, in October Saudi Arabia intends to reduce the price of oil for the United States and North-West Europe. 

Thus, oil prices will fall to $0.5-0.9 a barrel in comparison with September. The fall will affect heavy oil, which is to become cheaper by $7.35 below the average price for Brent crude oil. 

Light and heavy oil will fall to $0.6 a barrel.
