Independent monitors of Vestnik Kavkaza note elections in Azerbaijan are transparent

The "Vestnik Kavkaza" news agency's independent monitors have noted that the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are proceeding in a transparent and democratic way, the Director General of the agency, Ismail Alovsat ogly Agakishiev, and the Editor-in-Chief, Alexey Vlasov, told a specially-organized press conference.

According to the independent Russian monitors, the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are proceeding in a calm atmosphere, with democratic procedures being observed.

According to recent data, 24.5 % of all registered voters have already cast their votes.
