Crimea defends its right to "cultural consumption of wine"

The sale of wine on tap may be allowed on the territory of Crimea, a member of the Federation Council from the executive power of the republic of Crimea, Olga Kovitidi, proposed such a change to the federal legislation.

"For ages we had barrels of wine on tap. I'm not saying that we want to accustom our nation to drinking, but wine on tap must be allowed, because this is Crimea, and we always did this," Interfax quoted her as saying.
