Moscow appoints new head of foreign economic and international ties

Sergey Cheremin has been appointed as the new head of Moscow's
department for foreign economic and international ties, RIA Novosti
reports, citing the city administration.

Cheremin will replace Georgiy Muradov, who has been appointed the
first deputy of the department.
