ISIS accelerates solution to Syrian problem

The General Coordinator of the Syrian National Coordination Committee,  Hassan Abdel Azim, said that the threat of ISIS spreading throughout Syrian territory is intensifying Russian-US cooperation, despite the aggravation of the situation around Ukraine.
