Alexander Shuvalov becames head of Kizlyar

Early elections for the Mayor of Kizlyar took place today. 

18 MPs and prosecutors of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs attended the session of the city assembly.

There were two candidates: Alexander Shuvalov (United Russia) and professor of the Kizlyar branch of DSU Osman Aliyev.

The deputies of the city assembly unanimously voted for Alexander Shuvalov, so he became the the head of the city, the RIA Dagestan reports.
