Russia gives Armenia money to buy weapons

Armenia has received a $200-million-loan from Russia, which it will be returned on favorable terms, said President of the Republic Serzh Sargsyan.

"The agreement on the allocation of $ 200 million soft loan for Armenia will allow to update the arsenal of the Armenian armed forces," said President.

Recall that Vladimir Putin and his counterpart Serzh Sargsyan hold a meeting today in Moscow, RIA Novosti reports.
