Gazprom plans to invest more in Armenia

The state company Gazprom plans to increase investments in the development of the gas transportation system of Armenia. These plans became known at a meeting in Moscow between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

It is reported that in 2006 Gazprom invested about $ 200 million in the gas industry of their partner, and during five years it plans to increase investments by $ 60 million, RIA Novosti reports.
