Russian and Kyrgyz experts meet in Chelyabinsk

A round-table discussion 'Russian-Kyrgyz relations as a factor of sustainable development', organized by the Foundation for Socio-Economic Development 'Eurasian Commonwealth', was held on the basis of the South Ural State University in Chelyabinsk.


It was attended by authorities of the Chelyabinsk region, experts from both countries, scientists, professors, students and diaspora structures. The President of the Eurasian Commonwealth, Victor Katochkov, and the rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Almaz Nasyrov, were among the speakers.


They discussed the upcoming parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan and the participation of the Republic in the process of Eurasian integration.


The participants agreed that interaction of the expert community, intellectuals and young people creates a solid foundation for intergovernmental dialogue.
